Return & Exchange Policy

Your happiness with our product is our priority, so if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund (not including postage and handling charges) subject to the following conditions:

  • Product is still in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, and free of any odors or perfumes, including cigarette smoke. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any items that have been damaged, soiled, used or in any other way marked or negatively affected.

  • Item is returned to us within 60 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

  • Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale or clearance items, including factory seconds.

  • Refunds and exchanges are only offered to purchases made directly with Fresh Buns. For any purchases by other retailers or distributors, please contact them directly.

  • Once the item has been received and inspected as per the conditions above, a refund will be provided to you, minus postage costs, via the same method in which you originally paid.

  • Alternatively you may elect to exchange your item or obtain a store credit for the value of your return, minus postage costs.

Return Process

Upon ensuring all above conditions have been met, please complete and print a return form.

Please place item, completed return form and proof of purchase into safe, waterproof packaging and sent to:

To ensure safe delivery of your return, you should consider using registered mail as Fresh Buns will not be held responsible for returns lost in transit and will not issue a refund if the item is not received as a result.

Cancellation Policy

Provided that your order has not yet been despatched, we will accept cancellations and can refund your payment if it has been processed. Simply contact us and quote your order number and we will cancel your order for you and process a refund if required.

Should your order have been despatched already, you will be required to follow the above returns procedure once your order has been received.

Guarantee

At Fresh Buns we're so sure of how fabulous our nappies are that we're prepared to guarantee that you'll love them as much as we do. If the unlikely event happens that you do find a fault with one of our nappies, we'd like to hear from you as soon as possible.

What's Covered

Our guarantee covers workmanship and materials, including fabric, snaps, lining and waterproofing. We only offer the guarantee to the original purchaser of the nappy.

What's Not Covered

Leaking, odours and wear and tear (such as pilling, fading, loss of elastic, etc) or where nappy hasn't been treated as per correct care instructions.

The guarantee will also be void if the nappy has been altered in any way, or if the item is returned soiled, wet or stained.
